I am still trying to get my paperwork from ReMax - it's been over 2 years - the agent keeps saying don't worry - that is pure BS ! When my husband
died in Sept - the agent came & got the death cert. - now I am still waiting - can't afford a lawyer - any ideas ??????????

First of all, I am really sorry about the loss of your husband. Dealing with this alone must be far more difficult.
Has your agent explained WHY it is taking so long? Are there clouds on the title? Does the agent have a boss with whom you can speak?
ARe there others you know who have used this agent and company who might be able to help you? What about your neighbors and others in San Felipe?
We thought 4 months was a long time----no wonder you are angry.
Best of luck----oh, isn't there a San Felipe Forum? Maybe that could be of assistance---someone has to know the agent etc.
