Water warm enough for swimming/snorkelling?

We are leaving next week for a couple week tour in the south and were wondering if the water temperature will be warn enough in some places to swim/snorkel without freezing too much (70 deg possible?) . Itinerary is the loop starting at Cabo airport, then Todos Santos, Bahia Magdalena, La Paz, Cabo Pulmo and back to Cape area. My guess is that the Cape and Seas or Cortez side are the only real candidates but would appreciate more specifics.

I don't want to lug along swim fins if that is a waste of time.

Way too cold for me still here at East Cape. Some buddies of mine went for a long swim and stuck a good sized pargo a couple of days ago. But they were in full wet suits. The warm water is still some time away.
