Depends on what type of "site" you are talking about.
Right click - copy
Right click - paste
or
Right click - save image as
Upload saved image to site

download it to your computer, upload it to the new site. this will work. some sites may allow you to import material from other sites.

On a Mac you just drag it and drop it on the desktop then you can post it on a new site using their directions.
