I have just found out today that the Home and Garden Tour 2008 has been cancelled. It is a huge event, and unfortunately many of the organizers have
had last minute circumstances that have made the production impossible. Hopeful that it will be back next year... bigger and better!!!
Very sad as it was a fund raiser that provided most of the funds to feed the animals at El Refugio animal sanctuary in Pescadero.

I believe it was simply a situation of most the key organizers having unexpected circumstances which prevented them from giving as much time as it
takes to put something like this together. It really is a huge time commitment and unfortunately in a small community the organizers for many of
these event are also involved in many other events.

Will miss it! It was fun to peek into special homes and gardens...
