driving to Baja Sur with FM3?

I've yet to drive into Baja with my FM3. Can you drive straight on through to G.N. and get it stamped there? Or do you have to stop in at the border or Ensenada to do that? Thanks in advance...

No need to do anything.
You don't have to do anything in GN either. Nobody ever asked for anything there but the money to spray the junk under your vehicle. By law you're supposed to let the authorities know whenever you leave the country and reenter, but, when driving, very few ever comply. Can't get away from it when you fly.

Well, that sounds easy enough. Almost too easy...

If this is your "first" trip to Baja since receiving your FM-3, you need to get the FM-3 stamped by Mexican Immigration (INM) wherever you cross the border. You then need to get the FM-3 "registered" at the INM office in the municipality where you live.

Well, it was just renewed in La Paz, so i assume it's stamped and good to go.
