This must be column inches to fill space, because it's out of date. Replay Inc. has told the current owners that Green energy will potentially cost more; for example, a typical annual utility bill is estimated at $1,000. Same bill using green (wind mill, etc.) is $1,700, and they have yet to decide whether this is acceptable, and also competitive concerns. They told owners that Turbines have shot up in price and are hard to get, also impacts EBIT (profit margin). So may not proceed "sustainable" - they never mention the word - regardless of what Citibank desires. The references to Butterfield, et al. are ancient history. "neo spanish colonial" HA!! Indigenous plants! HA!!
