The airfare price with Delta or Alaska from LAX to LTO is absolutely stupid. Remember the specials Aero CA had before the 45 year old planes were
blocked from LAX????? Alaska stepped in and started gouging the hell out of everyone. Then Delta came in and the price dropped by 50%. Well the
prices are back up to ridiculous amounts again. I understand fuel prices are up but give me a break!!!!!
No more four day trips to the house to go fishing. Might as well plan a 10 day plus trip and drive. What the hell, needed some spray can stuff and
other supplies that the airline will not allow.

I've been reading that the airfare wars aren't materializing this summer. Everything seems to be getting more expensive...that is, everything except
for my bottle of Ron Medellin. The exchange rate is actually BETTER in Colombia for us Americanos thanks to the FARC-related crisis there earlier
this month. 2000COP to $1 as of yesterday. I'm going there on Saturday...WOOOHOO!! 
P.S. - Ron Medellin is sold here in the U.S. online. Take a bottle of it to Baja.
