After having returned from San Felipe to race I was doing some due diligence on 2 lots presented to me for sale in the Gonzaga Bay area. It appears
from the documents I received that the people behind the Mexican Corp., Inversiones Soblar S.A, de CV (developers of "Playa de Paraiso" ) have some
big problems and have likely purchased these 2 lots with money fraudently obtained from many upset condo buyers. An interesting read is at: http://www.sandiegometro.com/2007/mar/tourism.php
Do any of you Nomads have any information to share with me on this sad story? I would appreciate any info you have, via U2U if necessary.

Steekers.....Before you put up any of your hard earned money....Ask to personaly speak with Laura Ballager and Ron Arunen.Confront them and ask them
why they have not returned Andra Sachs deposit. It could be the start of another "mexican real estate snake pit" for you!!. Good luck. ++C++steekers - 3-25-2008 at 09:09 PM
Today I did speak to Eric Garcia the sales and marketing director at Playa del Paraiso. He said much of the stress in getting the project underway has
been solved by the new agreement with Clifton Meridian. He stated that the general contractor would be Clifton's and they would now handle that
aspect.
Just what the details are in this agreement remains a mystery.
