Does anyone know of year round, indoor boat storage in the La Paz or San Jose del Cabo area?

There is a guy real close to the airport who has built a secure storage facility. Whether or not he has indoor boat storage or not I do not know but
if he did not, he could probably tell you where you could find it. He is a very nice man.

Yes, his name is Jim and his place on the road to the airport cannot be missed. It is on the left side of the road after you make the turn to the AP
off the main highway. He charges $400 per year for covered storage. Jim is a reliable and honest man. He is an ex-pat Canadian. We have kept a trailer
there for years without incident. Vary safe and secure with a big wall around the place. He and his family live there. He has also built several
storage garages that may fit your boat if it is small enough. I do not know the cost of these. I can't find his number right now, but this is a good
enough deal that you could just make the plan to leave the boat there without having to call ahead. He has plenty of room. Tell him Tom with the
Prowler parked way down on the end under cover sent you. We owe him some $$ for our next year and will be down soon to get up to date.
Oh, I just realized, we are talking about La Paz here...at least I am. I know there is also a storage place not far from the SJDC airport, but when I
checked a few years back their prices were way higher.

Thanks for the info. Hope to successfully tow a 24 ft Seaswirl to Baja Sur this Oct.
