Baja Palapa with Alaskan Camper on trailerbed

Gorgeous Palapa (Palm-Frond House)
I had a beautiful, palm-frond palapa built about 200 feet from the beach on a hill. It's on private land, with 24 hour caretaker. Water and wood provided. It's a dream, with birds and cacti and a totally enclosed property. I can send photographs.
I''m going back north and I'm leaving in the palapa a Vintage (1960's) 10' Alaskan Camper bolted onto a heavy duty, double axle flatbed (14') trailer. I towed it down from Northern California:new brakes and electrical. My camping days are over so it's staying in the palapa where it is covered by a corrugated steel roof. The camper is perfect with all original wood paneling and hardware and appliances. I've been offered $2,000 for it in the US. The land costs about $250 per month to rent. I invested about $3,000 in the whole kit and kaboodle and that's how much I'd like to get out of it. Interested?Email me at giulialatini@hotmail.com

It must be a secret.

He said-------"it's on a hill about 200 feet from the beach"------what more do we need to know

-----the "free wood and water" and "24 hour caretaker" is what impressed me :?:

Other than the $250 a month rent, it sounds like a great deal for somebody wanting to just sit it out in Mexico.
