Summer fun!

I'm thinking of renting this place for a week this summer.

It belongs to my friend and neighbor in Pedragal.
I'm thinking August. The weather and fishing are best around then.
Tiburon's Pangas will pick us up in the morning right in front of the house. We'll be barbequeing yellowtail by noon!:cool:

Bill's place is tops. i heard on BBP he sold it - no?
pls report after you stay there. i always wanted to rent it with 2-3 couples.
what's the current rate?

Maybe it's sold? I haven't seen them in my last couple of trips there.
I talked with residents and no one mentioned they sold. I would have loved to have bought their place. A hanger and boat garage and ofcourse 2 beautiful houses.
I emailed them but no response yet.
Maybe they are just waiting for warm weather. It was perfect when I was they 2 weeks ago.

I got an email from Susie, Bill's wife. They didn't sell and will be there this weekend.
The rate is on the webpage above but it's 100/night or 525/week for 2.
SLeeps 6 but she charges 12.50/person for each over 2.

I'm thinking I'll rent it for the last week in August. Should be prime yellowtail fishing. The weather in August is the best on planet earth in San Quintin. 75-80 everyday. Maybe get up to 85.
Usually no wind and for sure no rain or clouds. Blue skies!
Anybody want to party?
