Not a review but a question for those who have eaten there.
They have a dish that comes in a foil pouch shaped like a swan. The ingredients change from time to time but I'm trying to create the sauce - anyone
have any ideas? I'm assuming a basic fishstock but there's a flavor there I can't quite get.
