The Spanish language newspaper in Cabo is reporting that two arrests have been made for the murder of a Canadian tourist at the RIU last week. I am
having trouble interpreting the story, but evidently two Mexicans have been arrested, one local and one from the mainland. One is incarcerated in San
Jose and one in La Paz. The police are giving no information. They have not said what the motive is.
