Last month I decided to partially come out of retirement and provide architectural design services for anyone needing same. I just finished plans for

A good set of plans will save you money in the long run because of reduced material scrap and improved efficency of the carpenters, plumber,
electrican and the cabinet maker. You will also get your job done to US standards.
