That's the same project as the condo that winthy is selling. I think you may be overselling its allure a tad, Mark:

Whe have a problem with trip adviser as they are talk in general about 3 different places all on same location . La Jolla AB which is a 5 story building which Playa Del Sol built right in front and blocked most views. PDS which is main pool split off from La Jolla and new beach 5 story time share and then us -La Jolla which is beautiful garden grounds 3 story with 2 pools one which is heated all winter to 86 degrees and cost us about $2000 mo in propane on Costa azul .Yes there is horse poop on all beaches where there are horses .Yes water does go off and when it does all hotels on that line does not have water along with most of San Jose and yes it can be a quiet peacful place .I am not affliated with Winthy or any other owner and am not responsable for there cleanliness, car rental , or promises and if there beer is not cold enough for them . I have oversold nothing to its allure it's Mexico

Well, this is the link that you posted on your message:
http://www.surfcabo.net/

It definitely says:
Three Pools
Two Jacuzzis
Swim up Palapa Bar
Full Service Bar and Restaurant

Your condo has 2 pools, one jacuzzi and no operating swim up palapa bars. I am quite certain that residents of your condo are not authorized to use the hotel swimming pool, since you are not paying for it nor sharing your rental income with the hotel. The full service bar and restaurant belong to the hotel next door.

And your condos have their own desal water treatment plant that is shared with the other La Jolla condo's and the hotel. It has nothing to do with San Jose's water or the other hotels along the line. You already knew this because you used to be on the board of directors of the condo association.

Wow! you got me, you are right on the main pool and swim up bar being owned by PDS. But wrong about not being able to use it . They will let you use it for a day use fee or spend money in the restraunt or bar. Never refused taking my pesos. I see your point and will correct my web page to 2 pools and no swim up bar (just my own cooler)as won't want to deceive anyone . Wrong on the desal plant , never had one, on city water . (Bet ya case of Pacifico on that one)We looked into it and even drilled a dry hole but never went through with it. You are also right that I was on the board for 2 years but left becuase I was not smart enough. Have rented my place hundreds of times and had never had a complaint. For 99 bucks it ain"t no Hilliton

Well, you're right about that. I rechecked. You don't have a desal plant, you have a grey water recycling plant for the landscape watering.
