Does anyone know how I can get a hold of Rafael Cuevas? I would like to go reserve one of his pangas.

This is what is says on Mias website:

the store to meet with you. For his boats, Rafa recommends the following: 2-3 anglers or 4 experienced anglers per boat.
Check with Rafa for latest rates and additional info."
You might try posting a message there or contacting Mia at mia@bahiadelosangeles.info as she lives in BOLA and could probably get a message to him.
