TOURIST VISA

ELINVESTIG8R - 6-18-2008 at 02:22 PM

Serious Question: When I went down to see Mama Espinoza for the first time in 40 years during December 2007, I obtained a tourist visa at the San Diego Border. This last April when I came back I forgot to turn it in and it has now expired. What are the ramifications of trying to get a new tourist visa when I go back in September with my expired tourist visa? Thank you for any information.

I don't know of anyone who actually turns them back in. Don't show the old one. Throw it away and go get a new one.

Probably nothing, but lose the expired one. The Baja Discover Club told us that they were going to be putting everything on computer and gave us an address in Tijuana where we could mail back our FMTs---

I think we are the only ones who ever mailed one back. Sorry, but since we have our FM3s I no longer have that address, but you could call the Baja Discover Club and get it---they if by the VERRRRRRRRRY remote possibility, you were asked, you could give them the address to where you sent back your FMTs.

Just be sure you DO NOT have, nor show your expired one when you get the new one.

I hope it was a crosscut shredder----don't want any clues around a good investigator might find. :-)

Perdóname Oficiales del Inmigración por mi pecado de haber destruido mi visa turística que expiro.
