Does anyone know about living in the hills of Baja Malibu? I'm strongly considering buying land there and building a home. From what I can tell, it
appears to be a very nice, laid back community, and I would like to hear from people who know about the area. Any input will be appreciated.

We looked there alot, and talked to alot of residents. The second level has a definite security problem, we have a friend who has lived on the
third level
for over twenty years, and was cleaned out once. The Rosarito cops think it is a TJ responsibility, and the TJ cops feel that it is a Rosarito
responsibility.
Probably it would be best to talk to some of the residents there.
