Starting July 1, the Attorney General of Baja is installing 10 bilingual public prosecutors with 24-hour availability to take complaints from
foreigners, specifically Americans. They will be located in TJ, Rosarito and Ensenada. The TJ office will be at the PGJE's offices on Calle 8 in the
Zona Rio.
