I'm with Dennis on this one. I think Jrbaja would be a great Moderator. If you don't do what he tells you he will come down from his loft on high and scare the BeJesus out of you.

There is only the responsibility of trying to separate the knee-jerkers , name callers and agendaists from the true dialogue.

Not to mention the self promoters and spammers.

Whew, I am exhausted just from summing up the job description.

I'll bet there is more than that.

To be a good Moderator, I think one would have to adhere only to the board rules in his/her decisions. That person would have to resist the inclination to let their bias, their emotions and their politics influence their actions. I am certain that I could not do it.

In my opinion, Hose A was that rare individual.
