transfer tank thursday....ONLY the regular tank
tecate wait...1 HOUR
everyone went to secondary in a "BULK SEARCH"
about 30 cars at a time
i had a 5 gallons extra of diesel in a red container...no sweat

My experience with the "Round Up" inspections have been that they were cursory except for the drug-sniffing dogs. My bad luck in the first of those
was that the dog must have been a minority that was "socially promoted" from training. Coming to my truck with three dogs inside, he/she jumped up
on the truck bringing on the attention of the handler.
