JDTrotter just posted some charming pics of one of their local Asuncion police on a skate board. Then below were pics of other police in different
uniforms. I ran into a very nasty hombre in Mexico City in a brown uniform on a very old Harley who tried his best to shake us down. Different
uniforms, means of transport etc. and I wonder which is which?
I wonder if someone could outline for us Who is on First and what their various duties are.

I admit I posted with a bit of tongue in cheek. I found this post on the subject on another site. It addresses some of my questions. It might be of
