I am a British Girl moving to Punta Banda at the end of May. I have rented a house for 1 year and now need to try and get a visa. I would like an FM3
and have a US bank account, letter from a Cop buddy. Can anyone pass on any info on where and how I do this when I get off the bus at Tijuana.
