I see you have the all important Herdez salsa - they do make fine salsa verde if you don't want to make it yourself! The roja is a bit short on
flavor in my book.
The Noche Buena leads me to believe that this pic is not recent, Doc! Besides, I know you have other things in your fridge these days!

Herdez Salsa? They make that stuff in Ensenada and it's hard to imagine that anything that can foul the air as gaggingly [is that a word?] as the
Herdez processing plant has anything to do with food. I used to eat the roja by the tub full but, for old folks like me, digestion starts in the
