I could find the answer to this question myself but I thought others might find the answer useful so I thought I'd ask here.
I live on the coast just south of Tijuana. With an indoor antenna I can get digital broadcasts from LA sometimes, Orange County more often than not,
and San Diego always.
That would be 3 PBS stations, each having 4 sub-channels for free. Perfect. Plus the San Diego PBS station is in my view polluted with Huell Howser,
at prime time no less. I can't stand the guy. The LA PBS station is great.
I'm going to install a roof UHF antenna with a rotor and perhaps an amplifier. The problem is my house is two stories and I have 2 TVs on each floor.
I don't want to run coax all over the place. It's a concrete house with tile floors so there's no way to hide the cables unless I use some decorative
conduit.
Are there transmitters available that I could hook up to the outdoor antenna and then re-broadcast the signal within the house to small indoor
antennas, or am I asking for too much?
