Yes, but he is not easy to see---blends right in.

Trucks ---they could shake hands.

Why we slow way down at curves where we see trucks coming :yes:

This is one taken of the window instead of out of it. We were between Santa Rosalia and San Ignacio and one of those rental motorhomes with a "white nuckle" driver drifted over a bit at the last moment. What a noise, it's a good thing the window was rolled up or the mirror probably would have knocked my head off. I like having my head in Jill's lap but prefer it to still be attached. I was covered with fine glass shards and, as you might imagine it was uncomfortable for a long time. I stopped in Viscaino and bought a roll of masking tape to put on the inside of the window so that it would quit shedding glass every time I hit a bump....dt

I was sitting in the camper and looked out the back door and saw Audrey, sitting in the kayak on the beach at Coyote Bay, drinking a Pacifico... what a wonderful memory and a great Baja Moment!

I love the color and story in Stimbos---the first one also really hit me because I recognize some of those characters from our local fiesta.

OK, not out of a windshield---just couldn't resist. :saint::saint:

Yes it is Paula. The flames were done by my son Jesse who is a super air-brush artist.

KUDOS to Diane for her perception about what we all share.

Regardless of how often we come, whether we're full-timers, surfers, explorers, locals, old farts, real estate agents, or whatever, these pictures and the people who shoot them have the same things in common.

The acceleration of the heart rate when you cross the border, the joy in the unexpectedly beautiful, the anticipation sometimes dread of the trip.

It's all here.

Some of my favorite photos through the windshield...

...actually, four of my favorites JUST FROM PICTURES TAKEN TODAY!
Always glad when I take my camera on Sunday drives. I set the Nikon D40 to SPORTS mode and shoot away, sometimes hundreds of pictures a day. Most of the pictures don't turn out, but enough do to make a whole collection. This is a fun topic. Thank you all for sharing...

Great to see all the photos taken through the WINDSHIELD---really like your windshied, Sunshine---we have a few rock chips, but they have not grown!

Any more pictures shot THROUGH the windshield, or another window?

Glad to see others thought it was an interesting topic.

David, you must carry a windshield around with you. :-)
