Mexico finance minister sees electricity price drop

GUADALAJARA, Mexico, Aug 13 (Reuters) - Mexican Finance Minister Agustin Carstens said on Wednesday electricity prices in Mexico could drop
significantly by the end of the year.
"We expect that by year end there will be a reduction in the price of electricity that could be significant," Carstens said in the western city of
