i will be needing some phone service. i do not make lots of calls, just want something for important things. some calls will be to the states and
some in mexico. i'd appreciate any help in this area,

i would need computer access to use skype. also, yahoo works great, however same thing...
i will try the others mentioned

Then you need Telnor. That will give you DSL, local service and access to using Skype or whatever.
