I am sure he would welcome volunteer moderators... who would not play favorites to certain people, but edit or delete or move posts based on board
rules and common sense.

That was set that way to allow BajaNews to move, merge, etc. many of the news items long ago when many posts were being made by that user account to
the news forum. Nothing new with this, nor anything to really write home about.... so to speak.
