Have you been to Dr Abasolo in San Felipe? I would bet he could solve this problem for you quite easily.

In Los Algodones which is just east of Yuma there is a dermatoligist who does really great work and is very reasonable.

Good eye Lou, I was picturing myself in Yuma and looking toward San Diego and the sunset and called it East when in fact you ar right it is West.
I did that one time when flying and found myself oriented the wrong way and when I argued with the tower about how I wanted to land East just like
all the other planes were doing, he laughed and said that would be all right as long as I followed the plane in front of me.
