so, then bringing this person's whereabouts to the attention of the local authorities would work. Also, you have to keep in mind that there are those
who might not want to get personally involved. In that case it would be easier for them to send a u2u.)

Why would this information need to be kept confidential ....
(Because like I said, not everyone wants to get personally involved.)
Is he a friend or an enemy ?
(If he is a friend, obviously he's not a very good one. If he's an enemy, then there must be a good reason he's wearing that title.)
