I need to wake up earlier

oladulce - 10-15-2008 at 08:51 AM

My esposo is an early-riser and he takes pictures to show me what I miss. Here are a couple from the past few days.

Absolutely gorgeous pictures, thank you for sharing them with us.

Absolutely gorgeous sunrises, oladulce. I'm especially taken by the color in the first picture.:wow::wow::wow:
Must feel outstanding to start the day all bathed in orange fire like that!

Pompano,

A rare site to see one Drascombe boat, but four...........in Coyote Bay? There must be a story there to share?

Hi Ken,

Those are NOLS fleet of Drascombes. They have been using them in their sailing classes for a couple decades now. Great boats, aren't they? I took a coastal trip from here to Aqua Verde in one many years ago..great open water boats with great versatility...sail, row, or motor.

Pompano,

Would love to rent one for a day, is that possible? What a great way to tour Bahia Conception!

Ken, I will ask and let you know, but I doubt it very much as they are in use constantly by students.

You can always borrow a kayak or a zodiak ride from me. Fee would be a cold Pacifico, though!

Edited for answer and last minute photo:

Answer..sorry Ken, as I thought...full schedule.

Not yet Paula, we're shooting for next May to make the big move. yikes, lots to do!

CP- your chicks should wake you up early enough to catch the sunrises and I bet you can watch the pangas launching without getting out of bed, lucky dog!

Pompano- I drool whenever there are pictures of your lovely patio. Not just your view, but I have black-rock-paver-envy!

Bob- here's a schematic of how the ocean is in the sunrise out on the Punta on the Pacific side (well maybe not an actual schematic, but I like that word):
