These homes are at Rancho (Laguna) Percebu, about 15 miles south of San Felipe...

well, we just returned from that area, and other than IN San Felipe for the shrimp fest, everything from south of SF to Puertocitos, including all
of Puertocitos, was deserted. Make an offer on something you like, you might get lucky.
