Seems like the toll road access ramp at the border is up and open for business. I drove through there late Sunday and I took the "new/old" way that
was to be used during the construction but noticed other cars using the now complete ramp that curves off to the right. Any confirmations or was I
hallucinating?

no, but you missed the several other posts about it.

Dagnammit! First original post and its a rerun...it about sums up my luck. A journey of a thousand miles often starts with a flat tire. I thought I'd
kept vigil over the posts often enough to see a post on this topic if it came up. I saw the ones that announced the ramp's closure...
Again, the ones that got to it first were reporting on the ramp being reopened, not closed and rerouted, correct?
Tollroad Ramp

Don't feel bad, we read the Nomad every day and did not see a post that related to the ramp. Two weeks ago we blindly drove North, took the toll road
and ended up at the usual left and quick right turn spot to enter the ramp, found it permanetely walled off and ended up in hell, tried to cross at
Otay Mesa, finally a very nice Mexican woman told us to "follow me" and we trailed her for two miles to the on ramp for the highway going back to TJ
and the crossing....Where else except in Mexico would one find a true good samaritan.....

Yes, the posts were about it being reopened. There are no signs on the road (as of this Tuesday, anway) that it is reeopened, only the signs for the
detour.
