Naranjos palapa for sale...Mulege
5th wheel 29 foot trailer included

Leased land...right on the beach

$12,500 (usa) plus 10% transfer fee paid by the buyer

the Naranjos (the land owners)
have the concession and you "rent" the land from them...
http://mulege.org/naranjos/naranjos.htm

they pay the concession fee

what you get with something like this is...
an improved palapa on the beach...
20 feet from the water in the concession zone

clean 1989 trailer...
all items (pots and pans sheets and towels etc)
and furniture
and year round security
no electricty but solar and a small generator (honda)
fridg in the trailer and the palapa

currently there are about 30 full-time renters at the Naranjos
with simular rentals

most come to live there for the winter
november to may
then leave their stuff and go home

as people get older they come and go

current rent is $4380 a year
$365 a month

it really is a good deal to live RIGHT on the sea with security

this location is truly nice

someone interested should come down and stay here to see if its what they want
Naranjos has day camping for visitors

This is the kind of post I will be looking for in 2011-2012. I'll need a place like this to park my motorhome!

2 doors from Bill and Anne's is another one for sale.
Check it out at http://www.picasaweb.google.com/friesendouglas
It's ideal for parking an R.V.
Our annual lease was $3650.USD

Is this place still avalable?

We owned a tt and a palapa almost next door (Santispac) and all of us got ran off. A lot of the other Santispac folks built on Coyate. So be careful where you purchase anything you can't take with you.

A chance you may be willing to take to live this reasonable paradise.
