Nothing that looks like it should from that pic! Still too dark to tell exactly, but the sky is just beginning to lighten over the mountains behind
La Paz & there appears to be a few light streaks of clouds. Looks like it's going to be a soft pink & lavender sunrise!

just went to get coffee and LOOK!!!
just an hour ago it was completely CLEAR with millions of stars!!!

Sun is just starting to peek over the mountains behind La Paz & all clouds here are white....maybe you guys ought to come down for the day!

Clear sky above us here in TS. 70 degrees at 7:30. Looks hazy towards La Paz.
