Just to let Nomads (and lurking trolls) know, I have been asked to help represent some real estate in the San Quintin area. I will be working with
some people here locally to move some large land parcels in the area. I will not advertise or promote any property here on the forum - just consider
this as a pre-emptive strike to anybody wishing to "divulge" my "hidden agenda".
OK, I am out of the closet now so let's get back to Baja Nomad business...

Really appreciate your openness about this.
This site would seem a good source for potential buyers. Why not contact Doug about some type of overt advertising? I bet it ain't expensive.

There are classified forums for advertising right here on Baja Nomad... the Baja Miscl. forum is for selling something that doesn't belong to any of
the other forums...

Thanks guys but to be honest I really enjoy the camaraderie, friendship and shared experiences here on the forum and really consider it part of my
personal life - not professional. I would just prefer to keep them separate. I just wanted to be up front about it.

I, for one, am always interested in seeing what is for sale, where, how much, etc.

What ticks me off is when I see a real estate posting and next to the poster's i.d. is a single digit of previous posts.
That ticks me off.
For regulars to pass on that info, I am all ears (metaphorically speaking)
