I keep my rum in the freezer also. That way it doesn't get so watered down when mixing a Rum and OJ (aka Rum-driver) on the rocks. 93 degree
weather means 93 degree booze, and it takes SOOO much more ice to get it cooled down properly and by then everything is all watery. Keeping the
alcohol properly chilled from the start contributes significatly to the undiluted mixed drink pleasure.
