That's a beautiful picture, Ken!!
Where were you, and did you ride down into the canyon? I was there recently, rode to Rancho San Gregorio, and it was wonderful! I had hoped to post
some photos, but I can't seem to work my "new, improved" iphoto.
If you have more, I hope we'll get to see them!

Thanks Diane and Paula. No, we didn't ride down into the canyon, unfortunately. Just drove from San Ignacio to the little base village and saw the
Cueva Raton cave painting site. Loved the whole experience. Some day I would like to go back and take the burro trip down into the canyon. ++Ken++

How is the Cueva Raton? I've never seen it, as we've met the guides up at the village to ride down to the canyon.
Did you take pictures of the drive down from the top? The view is amazing.

We really enjoyed Cueva Raton, well worth the trip. Here's what my daughter Coleen wrote about that day:

Good story and Pictures from Colleen-- thanks for sharing them! I feel like I've been there too now.

I remember reading Coleen's 15 day report several years ago. I'm still amazed at the organization and discipline it must take to come up with so much
information during a 2 week trip to baja. The discipline of walking away from the company of your friends and companions every evening for a couple of
hours to document the days events to the smallest details that this travelogue contains. It's been 4 months now and I still haven't written a word
about this summer's alaska trip.
