This lot is in an area some call Playa los Aripes, which is between El Centenario and El Comitan. Asking price is 35K. Actual measures are:
39.37 M on the North side
39.40 M on the south side
19.87 M on the East side
19.69 M on the west side........ 779 M2.
Price is competitive and comparable with other adjacent lots. This one
has an advantage: It is the only "back lot" that will keep an open
bay view after all construction around and in front of it is done, because of
its location in relation to the street running up from the beach.
