Does anyone know i there is still construction on the ramp for the Ensenada toll road going into Mexico at the San Ysidro crossing. It is 11/26
now, and a few months ago I went that way and had to find my way through Tijuana. If construction is still going on, can you please tell me how you

yes, it's all done...watch out for the construction on the toll road around La Mision and La Salina, though.
