Could you provide more details? They're criminals? How do you know this? How do these "wanted" gringos support themselves in Cabo?woody with a view - 12-3-2008 at 03:05 PM

If they rounded up all the scammers and bail jumpers, who would be at happy hour?tjBill - 12-4-2008 at 01:31 PM
I think there are much better places for US fugitives than Mexico. Mexico has an extradiction treaty with the US and mexican officials will readily
extradict.Udo - 12-4-2008 at 06:23 PM
EXTRADITE
Except in capital cases.sancho - 12-5-2008 at 12:29 PM
I found that to often be
the case. This was back in the 'day',
whether it was La Paz or Vallarta,
the local gringo 30 - 40 yr. olds,
seems like there was an unspoken
rule during the bar conversations
to not dig too much into anothers
life, you just didn't ask too
many questions. Also ran into
a few who it appeared as their
stateside families supported them
just to stay awayWingnut - 12-9-2008 at 03:46 PM
Yeah, but the people who are really not wanted in the States are the time share salespeople! If they all left, life would be pretty nice....
