So, I moved to Colorado for 3 yrs after my entire life in San Diego. Moving back Dec 20 and needless to say, I CANNOT WAIT for some surf trips to
Baja. I have heard over the last couple years that safety is actually an issue now.
How true is this? Has it become prohibitive to go to La Fonda or the like for a quick day trip? Please tell me it ain't that bad.
