opening those establishments as hotels. Right now the hotel industry is taking it in the shorts big time. The recession hits the industry like a
knockout punch. Those buildings are probably under capitalized and the financial people figure they can make more money selling time shares than they
can selling hotel rooms. After all, how many tourists are banging on the doors today? |
