Any chance you could clean up the links on your website? Most of the forums you list on there are worthless.

Bud became more and more troubled as time went by. However, I choose to remember him the way he was in the '40's and '50's when he was a contractor in
Coronado, worked very hard and loved to explore Baja. He took us kids on several of those trips in including climbing Picacho del Diablo twice and Mt.
Whitney once. We would ride horses thru the San Pedro Martir mountains and he would take off running and beat us to the next camp. One year we were
all hiking, I was showing signs of major fatigue. He grabbed my pack and carried it for an hour while I recovered. What a guy! He also showed us some
great diving spots along the coast. He was a real legend back in the day and as far as Baja is concerned, he always will be.

That's a nice tribute to a truly unique Baja Explorer. Thanks for sharing. When I climbed Diablo, I got a tiny little sense of what it must have
been like to climbing that mountain way back when. Bud was a true "hardman" in his time.
