Since about 2:00 pm today, Monday, it has been pouring down rain, maybe at a rate of two inches an hour (the downpour has blocked out the Direct TV
satellite).
I hope the good people in the canyons of Rosarito have sufficient runoff; several people were killed in the heavy rainstorms of '93.
