We all know to NEVER pass a gasoline station - right? Well it you hit Mex 5 a bit north of San Felipe, you might wonder - go back South to San Felipe
and gas up or catch the next station to the north. You might (or might not) know that 3 poles Pemex is no longer a supplier of fuel. Also La
Ventana is no longer a Pemex station with fuel. So if you were counting on either of these you're out of luck. El Faro/La Puerta area is the first
Pemex.
Also seems like increased speed enforcement by PFP (Federal hbighway patrol). I was stopped a couple weeks ago by one that I met that turned around
and caught/stopped me. Just a warning but the car with Mex places behind me looked like they were getting a ticked. Also, yesterday saw the same
situation, a partolman turning aound ahead of me and gatching/stopping a pickup.
Soooooo I suggest keeping a eye on the speed. (I'm going to try) Will see how I do tomorrow.

Let me just add, the new Pemex in Valle de Trinidad is open and has diesel as well as regular - no premium. Also nice luncheria next door.

Mucho mas problemas con PDF on the highway between TS and Cabo. They seem to be in much stricter speed and driving with open container enforcment
mode. 10 years ago I Never saw a cop on that highway, now there are multiple patrol cars going back and forth all day. It seemed to really pick up
after the asian pacific summit a few years back.
