Someone from Punta Banda was traveling to SD today. Got as far as Rosarito on the Toll Road and was told the road was closed from there to TJ, ditto
on the Free Road. She tried Blvd 2000 but there was so much water and debris she turned back and returned home. Any other reports out there?

I did hear of some reports of problems on the south end of Rosarito. I just drove from the border to home, just north of Rosarito. Lots of water, some
rocks and mud but no problem getting through. My guess is that there will be a way to get around the south Rosarito problem but I would avoid it
unless you really have to.

how do any road reports get posted with all the other "more important" stuff getting shuffled to the top.
