Had the opportunity to try out Koko Changs a couple times and would like to recommend it to anyone who is looking for some variety in their table
fare. The food is good, plentiful, and very reasonably priced. Formerly, it was Koko Loco and is located directly across from the boat ramp.

Can they make Fried Rice? I've yet to find a Chinese restaurant below the border that can make good fried rice.

Loreto's mayor is Yuan Yee, they better make good chinese food.
