Me, too! Chilaquiles are my favorite. When I am in Mexico and we go
somewhere and they are not on the menu, I am sad I love them best with red sauce
and two eggs over-medium on top...beans on the side and a big mug of coffee. It is difficult to find them here in the states, but I talked a small,
local Mexican Restaurant into cooking them for me one Sunday...they were good, but are always best when eatten in Baja. What is it that makes them so
darn delicious???? |
